With roots in Silicon Valley’s innovation culture and over two decades of experience in Japan, I help organizations translate global ambition into design that works authentically in the Japanese market. As a bilingual (EN/JP) Design Director, I connect creative strategy, cultural insight, and business priorities to shape brands people believe in and organizations can grow from.

My work spans Brand, Digital, Print, Photography, and Motion, giving me a multidisciplinary perspective that enables clear direction across complex initiatives. A lifelong connection to music, art, and fashion, including early involvement in launching Def Jam Japan, shaped my belief that culture is not decoration, but a strategic driver of brand relevance.

I partner with startups, agencies, and global organizations to lead design from vision through execution, aligning teams and stakeholders around a clear direction and bringing clarity to complexity to deliver work that is both creatively strong and commercially meaningful.

ブランド、デジタル、プリント、写真、モーションなど幅広い領域に携わり、複雑なプロジェクトにおいても全体を俯瞰しながら明確な方向性を示すことができます。音楽・アート・ファッションといったカルチャーとの長年の関わりや、Def Jam Japanの立ち上げに携わった経験を通じて、カルチャーは装飾ではなくブランド価値を高める戦略的要素であると考えています。
